The Brexes mk IV (2016, 30 sec trailer)
Gerry picks up Jen in his brand new Brexes mk IV, but the car takes them places they aren’t comfortable going.
With the help of a great cast and crew, I wrote, directed, and edited this short which was an official selection at the 2016 Seattle Transmedia Independent Film Festival.
Sole Mate (2014, 3 min)
This was the first collaborative work by the Seattle based film group, Emerald Ciné. It was a great experience to help develop this project from its zygote concept to a full fledged short.
I also had a fun time playing Todd, Todd and Todd (but my favorite role was Todd).
Official selection of the 2014 Local Sightings Film Festival.
Directed by Chad Perkins and written by Stephen Heller
The Commuter (2014, 2 min, 27 sec)
This GoPro action short combines my affection for bike riding with filmmaking and ham salad.
The Commuter was a runner up in the Seattle 2014 Creative Commute contest.
The 3rd Footman (trailer, 2009, 1 min)
Described as “Downton Abbey meets . . . something quite silly” The full TV pilot screened at NexTV Festival in 2010. It was filmed at the former Newport, RI summer home of the Astor family with Astors’ Beechwood Theater Company and based off a series I wrote while at the Northern Film School in England.
